Penrose Hill is building the next generation of premium wine brands. Collaborating with famed winemakers and sourcing from distinguished vineyards around the globe, we make award winning wines of pedigree and distinction.

Our first wine club, Firstleaf grew from 0-45,000+ active members in only 2 years. And that’s just the beginning of our plans to change the wine industry, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

As the office manager for our CA location in Napa, you’d be at the heart of everything! We’re looking for an organized and motivated person who has great attention to detail and strong communication skills. Think you fit the role — let us know why!


-Manage and control conference room booking calendar

-Organize approval of invoices

-Keep office organized and stocked with supplies, snacks, etc

-Assist sr. team members (operations, compliance, wine production) in booking transport and accommodations

-Assist in coordinating meetings and managing calendars

-Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

-Organize office events

-Be point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping and errands

-Maintain relationships with vendors and landlord

-Provide general support to visitors

-Organize orientation for new staff members

-Heavy focus on assisting head of Compliance with filing and organizing paperwork


-Awesome communication skills: You’re good at working with other members in a team and can communicate needs clearly and efficiently

-Organized: You’re able to keep the office clean and organized to ensure the best work place for everyone. You can manage calendars and schedules efficiently for multiple team members at a time. You have a good understanding of the importance of keeping deadlines.

-Flexible and ready to learn: We’re a startup, so things are always changing. You’re not just capable of, but excited about learning new systems and skills

-Understanding of basic technologies for creating documents and presentations (MS Office)

-Wine/winery experience (not required, but highly preferred)
